Effective October 27, 2026
This policy covers PCPortal rclone, an internal tool operated by PC Portal Computer Products & Services ("PC Portal", "we").
The app signs in only to PC Portal's own Google account. It reads and writes files in that account's Google Drive in order to copy PC Portal's own business files (inventory and sales reports) between PC Portal's computers. It does not access Google data belonging to anyone else.
The files are used only to keep PC Portal's own records up to date across our branches and office. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
We do not share or transfer Google user data to third parties.
Copied files are encrypted before they are stored in Google Drive. Sign-in credentials are kept only on PC Portal's own computers, with access limited to PC Portal administrators.
Copies are kept for up to 15 days and then deleted automatically. Access can be removed at any time from the Google account's security settings.
PCPortal rclone's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
